Originally designed by our director Mary Jeavons in collaboration with the local community 21 years ago, Mary was once again involved in the rejuvenation of this beloved local playspace in Northcote.
Using our in-depth knowledge of the original play structure, this playspace has been successfully re-designed. While remaining true to the original concept, and with many elements re-used where feasible, Jeavons Landscape Architects used this opportunity to creatively improve on the previous design. The Jeavons team worked closely with the community and the City of Darebin.
Construction of the new playspace was undertaken by Allplay and coordinated with City of Darebin.
