The new Eltham North Adventure Playground was designed and completed in 2018.
The original woolshed playground, which was designed by Paul Gardiner and Mary Jeavons was destroyed by a devastating fire in December 2017.

The new playground offers an exciting range of play elements under a roof structure reminiscent of a traditional woolshed. Access and inclusion were at the forefront of this design, providing play opportunities for all abilities.

The great team effort from Gardiner Architects, Jeavons Landscape Architects, contractor Naturform and Nillumbik Shire Council who represent a strong community that had major input into the redesign process. Jeavons was involved in the concept design through to the construction phase of the project.
