UNICEF Malaysia undertook a pioneering collaboration with property developer Sime Darby Property, and the City of Elminah, to build their first inclusive playground, and commissioned a Toolkit outlining the design principles to guide other designers, developers and councils.
Jeavons Landscape Architects:
- Presented a seminar and workshop with all participants on inclusive design for play,
- Conducted collaborative design workshops with children and families living with disability,
- Designed the first accessible inclusive play space in collaboration with Lineworks and Space Landscape Architects, Malaysia,
- Compiled the Best Practice Toolkit Guidelines
