The Ardeer Green Activity Hub is located off West Street, Ardeer and has two major cycling routes intersecting at the park; the M80 path and Kororoit Creek Trail, which then links to the Federation Trail to the city. The site also has strong environmental values with riparian vegetation to the Kororoit Creek and a strand of existing Sugar Gums.

Hallowe’en is coming up this week, so we indulged in some ninja-style shortbread cookies that were made by one of our team members. Delicious!
Beaumaris Reserve Playground is a popular park and playground well loved by the local community. When Council identified the playground for renewal, the local community were adamant that former features and play elements of the playground were to be preserved in the new design. A community based design for the original “Magic Park” created in 1989 was used as inspiration for the new design.
Jeavons created the design and produce construction drawings for tender.
The GET OUTSIDE seminar focusing on Landscapes for Play and Learning in Schools was successfully presented by Jeavons on September 10. The seminar was held at the City of Melbourne Flagstaff Bowling Club and was attended by over 80 participants.
